Hours will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9AM to 3:30PM, closed on Sunday and Monday.
The office will also be closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.

BULK DROP-OFF WILL BE HELD ON JUNE 15TH & 16TH FROM 8AM TO 4PM BOTH DAYS, FOR PAID MEMBERS ONLY.

TV'S, MONITORS AND OTHER ELECTRONICS WILL BE ACCEPTED, BUT THEY MUST BE INTACT.

There will be a Farmer's Market held in Freeland this summer, the first one will be on Tuesday, July 2nd.
It will be on Thursdays the rest of the summer.
The hours will be from 10am to 2pm, fruits and veggies from the Thomas Farm in Drums.
The market will be located at the Woodside Playground, which is located near the Foster Township office and recycling center.

DON'T FORGET TO GET A RESALE CERTIFICATE! The resale certificate is an extremely important document for buying or selling a property. Without it, a negotiated sales agreement is in jeopardy. Both buyers and sellers of the property need to have this document. In fact, Pennsylvania law provides that if you do not get a resale certificate the buyer can void the sale. Once the contract is signed, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Planned Community Act 180, any owner who sells his property MUST obtain a Resale Certificate from the Association and provide the Certificate to the purchaser prior to closing. A request for a resale certificate may be obtained by contacting the office.
