Before you sell your property in Hickory Hills, please be sure
to contact the office to obtain a Resale Certificate that must be
provided to your buyer, as set forth in the Pennsylvania Uniform
Planned Communities Act.  Failure to provide the buyer with a
Resale Certificate can allow them to cancel the sale without having
to forfeit any down payment, etc.

Before Construction of any kind in Hickory Hills, please contact the office for the HHPOA

building requirements. Then you must contact the Foster Township Zoning Office at
570-636-3798 with any questions regarding building and/or building permits.  After you
obtain permits from the township, you must bring them to the HHPOA office for
approval by the Board of Directors.

When you come in to the office to get new car stickers
(available after February 1st to paid-up members)
please remember to bring the registration cards for ALL
vehicles you want stickers for.

Stickers must be displayed in the front windshield of your vehicle,
are only given for
vehicles that are registered to the homeowner's
permanent
address, and must not be given family or friends.
This applies to prior year's stickers as well as new ones.
Anyone
displaying an old sticker will stopped at the gate and asked for
identification.
